My Love for Baking started at a very young age. I remember watching Both my Grandma’s baking for every occasion. My father’s Mom always wore an apron. I don’t remember ever seeing her without it! But her hands were like magic! Every thing was baked without a recipe card. Fresh Pastries and Pies that made a young girls eyes filled with excitement and mouth watering in anticipation to try the daily Sweets. I knew I wanted to Bake! You could just imagine my excitement when my sister received an Easy Bake Oven, and I, a Barbie Airplane for Christmas.

Years later, raising a large family, making homemade meals and desserts just was practical and Healthier! This is when my true Love for Baking came to be. I’ve developed recipes, and remembered recipes from both my Grandmothers. Soon I started baking for friends, and extended from there. So after years of baking for so many, I decided to open my own Cottage Bakery. If you're wondering, "What is a Cottage Bakery"? You are not alone. Most people have never heard of it. My Cottage Bakery, is a Bakery based in my Home Kitchen. I am Licensed and Insured. I can basically do the same as a Commercial Bakery with a few exceptions. Operating out of my home kitchen allows me to pour my heart into every recipe I make. I specialize in Breads, Cookies, Cinnamon Rolls, Danishes, Cakes and the list goes on. Watch my website as seasons change with different menus. I focus on traditional family recipes using the finest ingredients. Because I am not a commercial bakery, I can bake in smaller quatities and guarantee freshness, quality and attention to detail.
